📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away. We’ll assess the issue and work quickly to make it right.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return due to their nature. These include:
- Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Customized or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics or skincare)
- Hazardous materials (including flammable liquids or gases)

Note: We do not accept returns for items marked as final sale or for gift cards.
🔄 Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
💰 Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us—we’ll look into it right away.
